History

In the year 1999, a College was set up by a Kashmiri Pandit Migrant in the state of Punjab. 3.5 Kms from the Pakistan Border in a village called Behrampur this young man started Skill Development Courses much before it became the in thing and later a compulsory part of life. "Skill is the future of education", said Jawahar Lal Raina in 1999 and started Online Education in 2003. Rest is history.
